About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic adults ESL tutors to deliver online English lessons to global learners from the comfort of your home. The position offers flexible dayshift and nightshift schedules, allowing you to choose the hours that best fit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one or small‑group English tutoring sessions for adult students via video conferencing tools.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to learners’ proficiency levels and goals.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback after each session.
• Maintain a high booking rate by being available for scheduled lessons and promptly confirming appointments.

Required profile

• Good command of English with clear pronunciation.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Willingness to start with a ₱5,000 bonus and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (ability to use video‑call platforms, email, and document editors).
