About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support billing and back‑office operations for an agricultural business. The position is fully remote and focuses on accurate data entry, invoice preparation, and record‑keeping during seasonal high‑volume periods.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter load weight data from paper records into Excel spreadsheets for client billing.
  • Cross‑check paper documentation against digital records and correct any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and issue invoices based on verified load and weight information.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for weight tickets, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Manage administrative records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist with email management and general administrative tasks.
  • Process paperwork within required deadlines, especially during peak harvest seasons.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, billing, or similar office‑based roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and consistent productivity during busy periods.
