About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to join a fast‑growing construction and rental company. This remote, full‑time position will become the cornerstone of the accounting team, handling day‑to‑day transactional operations and allowing the founder to focus on strategic growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily bank and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage documentation and receipt processing.
- Communicate with vendors and process payments.
- Execute month‑end accounting tasks.
- Process credit applications.
- Provide vendor phone support as responsibilities expand.
Required profile
- Extremely organized and detail‑focused.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable investigating and troubleshooting accounting discrepancies.
- Willingness to build accounting processes and SOPs from the ground up.
