Remote Account Manager

About the role

We are Smartsourcing, a real‑estate marketing and automation platform, and we are looking for a full‑time remote Account Manager. You will own a portfolio of real‑estate office clients across AU/NZ and the US, handling billing and technical queries while proactively nurturing relationships to drive retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of response for client billing concerns and technical issues, triage severity, resolve within SLA and close cases cleanly.
• Own a book of real‑estate office clients, run proactive check‑ins, usage reviews and health scoring to surface at‑risk accounts before churn.
• Maintain regular touchpoints, flag churn‑risk or expansion opportunities early, and coach clients on maximizing product usage.
• Deliver onboarding sessions for new clients and training for existing clients as features evolve.
• Identify and coordinate expansion opportunities with internal teams to grow existing accounts.
• Maintain AI literacy, evaluate and use AI‑supported tools for account health monitoring, client communication drafting and portfolio prioritisation while complying with data‑privacy policies.

Required profile

• Outgoing, charismatic and product‑curious.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle client push‑back.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to keep CRM records up to date.
