Reliever Company Nurse

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Reliever Company Nurse to support its health and safety initiatives in Manila. The role involves providing emergency medical care, managing employee health records, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide emergency treatment, first aid, and vital sign checks to employees.
• Deliver nursing care to sick or injured staff and record symptoms and conditions.
• Report cases requiring medical attention to the company physician.
• Accompany and transport employees to medical facilities during accidents or emergencies.
• Notify emergency contacts and arrange hospital visits as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical, clinic, and consultation records.
• Issue fitness‑to‑work clearances after reviewing diagnostic reports.
• Participate in the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee and support health‑safety programs.
• Prepare DOLE reports on occupational illnesses, injuries, and risk hours.
• Assist with HMO enrolment, annual physical examinations, medicine supply management, and medical reimbursements.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Experience in occupational health, workplace nursing, or similar settings.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with medical services.
