Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will drive growth of RLFC’s business portfolio by acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships. Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will lead a small team of Marketing Assistants and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal credit committees.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and initiate new client accounts while managing an existing portfolio of accounts.
• Generate and nurture leads from various RCBC business units to secure referrals.
• Conduct client calls, prepare detailed reports, and collect all pre‑approval and KYC documentation.
• Prepare lease approval write‑ups, respond to financial analyst queries, and present credit assessments to approval committees.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of credit files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven marketing or business development experience in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit review processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients and partners.
