Relationship Manager – East Metro & North Luzon

About the role

PBCOM is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive loan and deposit growth across the East Metro and North Luzon regions. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering high‑quality banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by originating new loan accounts and expanding the existing loan portfolio for targeted corporate customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, mid‑market, and medium‑enterprise clients across all industry sectors.
• Originate loans and deposits, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service while maximizing profitability and upholding the bank’s quality standards.
• Adhere to internal policies, credit manuals, KYC procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate of any business‑related course.
• Minimum three years of relationship‑management experience in corporate or commercial banking, with strong origination and business‑development capabilities.
• Experience preferably within Corporate, SME, or Middle‑Market segments.
• Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, financial‑analysis, portfolio‑management, sales and negotiation skills.
