Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will serve large and middle‑market corporate clients, acting as a trusted banking partner. The role focuses on growing portfolio profitability, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in line with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, cultivating trust through regular sales calls, client visits, and proactive engagement.
• Drive revenue and income growth by meeting income and volume targets and expanding the product portfolio to meet client needs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, conducting market intelligence, and collaborating with product, operations, legal, and compliance teams.
• Structure loan packages, negotiate terms, and oversee documentation and credit approval processes in partnership with credit teams.
• Monitor loan portfolio credit quality, ensure compliance with credit policies, and coordinate recovery actions when necessary.
• Train and guide Service Associates on daily activities to meet client expectations and bank objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan structuring, and regulatory compliance.
