Regulatory Pharmacist

About the role

The Regulatory Pharmacist will prepare, review and submit regulatory documents and applications to local health authorities, ensuring compliance with Philippine pharmaceutical regulations and company standards. This role supports product registration, labeling, packaging compliance and works closely with research, quality assurance and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit regulatory submissions and applications to local health authorities.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and keep product registration and licensing records up‑to‑date.
• Support labeling and packaging compliance for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with research, quality assurance and marketing teams to align product development with regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in internal audits, assist during inspections and provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid Philippine PRC license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related pharmaceutical laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in basic office software and electronic document management.
• Prior experience with immunity or disease‑prevention products is an advantage.
