Regulatory Pharmacist – FDA Compliance (Full‑time, Ortigas)

About the role

The Regulatory Pharmacist will ensure full compliance with the Philippines FDA and other regulatory bodies for Optimo International’s cosmetic products. This desk‑based position involves preparing, evaluating, and submitting regulatory applications, licenses, and technical documentation, while providing occasional support to the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Qualified Person on record for all cosmetic products.
• Manage FDA ePortal filings, including Cosmetic Product Notifications and License to Operate renewals.
• Maintain Product Information Files (PIFs) and ensure they meet FDA requirements.
• Verify ingredient safety, product claims, label accuracy, and marketing materials.
• Support inventory and storage management in line with FDA standards.
• Monitor FDA updates and represent the company during inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, R&D, quality control, marketing, and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a valid PRC License (BS Nursing, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or related).
• Resides within a 30‑minute commute to Ortigas, Pasig.
• Detail‑oriented, compliance‑focused, and willing to work onsite full‑time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the FDA ePortal.
• Experience managing Product Information Files (PIFs).
• Ability to conduct ingredient safety assessments.
