Regulatory Officer (Pharmacist) – Entry Level

About the role

The company is seeking a Regulatory Officer with a pharmacy background to join its compliance team in Greenhills, San Juan City. This entry‑level position is open to fresh graduates and offers the chance to develop expertise in pharmaceutical regulations while supporting internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations affecting pharmaceutical operations.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries.
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support investigations related to regulatory compliance issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy graduate.
• Registered Pharmacist (RPh) with a valid, unexpired PRC ID.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a related field, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Above‑average computer proficiency.
• Effective communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work onsite at Greenhills, San Juan City.
