Regulatory and Cybercrime Case Management Executive

About the role

The Regulatory and Cybercrime Case Management Executive leads the organization’s efforts to investigate cyber incidents, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal risks related to cybersecurity and data privacy. This senior role works closely with internal teams, regulators, and external partners to protect the company’s assets and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Support investigations of cybersecurity incidents and alleged cybercrimes, maintaining evidentiary integrity and proper documentation.
• Maintain and regularly update the inventory of regulatory, commercial, and technology compliance requirements, ensuring audit readiness.
• Collaborate with the Regulatory and Case Management Division Head to enforce cybersecurity laws and privacy regulations, managing case intake, tracking, and closure workflows.
• Identify, assess, and escalate legal and regulatory risks associated with cybersecurity initiatives, preparing risk briefings and periodic reports.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional leaders and regulators to resolve complex legal issues and align legal strategies with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on privacy frameworks, designing controls for data collection, processing, retention, sharing, and international transfers.
• Offer business‑facing legal guidance on security controls, technology adoption, vendor engagements, and contract negotiations.
• Review, negotiate, and enforce privacy and security clauses in supplier and enterprise contracts, maintaining a contract management database.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance, cybercrime investigations, and legal risk management.
• Strong knowledge of privacy laws, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity standards.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external partners to achieve timely resolutions.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills for risk assessments and dashboards.
