Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist

About the role

The Senior Regulatory Associate will lead regulatory activities for a range of products including pharmaceuticals, food supplements, cosmetics, and medical devices. This role ensures compliance with the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other relevant authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and submission of product registrations and regulatory dossiers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations and electronic submission systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation and ensure timely filing.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on impact to product portfolios.
• Ensure all regulatory activities are documented accurately and stored securely.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed pharmacist is a plus but not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and documentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations.
• Experience with FDA electronic submission systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
