Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to act as the primary regulatory partner for its business in Argentina. You will shape regulatory strategy, support product launches, and ensure compliance while aligning with commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main regulatory point of contact with health authorities, trade associations, and external stakeholders in Argentina.
• Develop and execute regulatory strategies that enable portfolio continuity and new product introductions.
• Lead regulatory planning for new product launches to secure timely market access.
• Manage ongoing regulatory maintenance activities to prevent supply or market disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and other cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into feasible regulatory pathways.
• Influence stakeholders with differing priorities, building alignment through strategic, solution‑oriented approaches.
• Identify and drive regulatory process improvements to simplify and accelerate workflows.
• Monitor regulatory risks and changes, providing clear recommendations and mitigation strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor across functions, demonstrating leadership through influence.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture aligned with Haleon values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the Argentine market.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop and implement regulatory strategies that support business objectives.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on risk mitigation and process improvement.
