Registered Psychologist – Philippines Affiliate

About the role

This associate role supports Lyra Health’s delivery of mental health services in Pampanga and Baguio, Philippines. You will provide counselling and therapy sessions to clients both in‑person and virtually, while adhering to Lyra’s clinical and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct counselling/therapy sessions for clients in‑person and via digital platforms.
• Manage client referrals, schedule sessions, and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Lyra’s care and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) licensed to practice in the Philippines.
• Proven experience providing counselling or therapy services.
• Access to a safe, private, professional space for in‑person sessions.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are a plus.
