Registered Nurse – Remote Support for UK Patients (Manila)

About the role

Eucalyptus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical support to patients enrolled in its weight‑management program. Working from Manila, you will triage, assess and guide patients via email, live chat and phone, ensuring safe and effective treatment journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical support to patients through email, live chat and calls, addressing side‑effects and enquiries.
• Triaging and escalating cases as needed while maintaining patient safety.
• Respond promptly with accurate medical information, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor patient progress via tracker data and proactively reach out to improve adherence.
• Share patient insights with the clinical services team to inform service improvements.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years post‑registration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for patient‑friendly interactions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Detail‑oriented, task‑focused and able to follow precise processes.
• Willing to work a late mid‑shift schedule (2 PM‑11 PM or 7 PM‑4 AM Manila time).
