Registered Nurse

About the role

Nickelbase is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide first‑aid, health monitoring, and wellness support to employees across its mining operations. The Nurse will work on‑site, delivering basic health services, maintaining medical records, and assisting with emergency care.

Key responsibilities

• Administer first aid and basic health care services to employees.
• Monitor health indicators such as blood pressure and identify health risks.
• Provide health advice, counseling, and wellness lectures.
• Maintain accurate employee health records and document injuries or illnesses.
• Prepare and submit monthly health reports to the operating company.
• Assist with pre‑employment and post‑medical examinations.
• Support the company physician and dentist during clinic visits.
• Ensure availability of medical supplies and equipment.
• Deliver emergency treatment for accidents requiring more than basic first aid.
• Participate in and promote company‑initiated health programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards related to health services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Professional Nurse Board Exam passer.
• 0‑6 months of related experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health training for nurses.
• Good physical condition and ability to work on shifting schedules.
• Willingness to embody Nickelbase values.
