About the role
The Regional Shore Operations Head provides overall leadership and direction for all shore‑based operations within the assigned Visayas region. Working on‑site in Cebu City, the role focuses on the three core areas of shipping operation, logistics and terminal management, ensuring that each function operates efficiently and supports the company's manufacturing, transport and logistics activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all shore‑based operations within the Visayas region.
- Oversee shipping operations to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Manage logistics activities that support regional supply chains.
- Coordinate terminal functions to maintain continuous operational flow.
