Regional Procurement Analyst

About the role

The company, a confidential multinational FMCG organization, is seeking an Indirect Procurement Analyst with Japanese language proficiency to support centralized procurement operations across ten Asia‑Pacific markets. Based in Manila, the role works on a hybrid schedule during APAC day‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process, and monitor Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP Ariba, ensuring compliance with policies and approval workflows.
• Administer contract requests, approvals, renewals, and amendments using Icertis CLM, coordinating with legal, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor master data in SAP Ariba, validate documentation, and support onboarding, reporting, and audit activities.
• Provide indirect procurement support for HR, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Overheads across the ten APAC markets.
• Assist high‑value purchasing negotiations, supplier performance monitoring, and procurement governance, including support for the PEAK S/4HANA upgrade.

Required profile

• Fluent Japanese language skills, demonstrated through an interview with a Japanese team member.
• Experience in shared services, BPO, or regional procurement environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders and manage multiple market requirements.
• Willingness to work day‑shift APAC hours and operate in a hybrid work setting.
