Regional Logistics Manager

About the role

The Regional Logistics Manager will lead end‑to‑end logistics operations across multiple Southeast Asian countries for Andaman Medical. This role ensures seamless importation, customs clearance, warehousing and distribution while maintaining strict regulatory compliance for medical devices and other regulated products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee regional logistics operations across Andaman Medical entities, including imports, exports, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Monitor and optimise supply‑chain performance, shipment planning, inventory replenishment and delivery timelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments to meet customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate closely with country operations teams to align execution and efficiency.
• Support regulatory and QA teams to maintain compliance with GDP/GDSP standards and local authority requirements.
• Handle import permit applications, customs documentation, product classification and related regulatory tasks.
• Oversee regional warehouse activities, inventory movement, storage conditions and distribution planning.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers and warehouse operators, negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales, Finance and Legal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and resolve logistics escalations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or other regulated‑product environments.
• Strong knowledge of ASEAN importation processes and customs coordination.
• Familiarity with GDP/GDSP requirements and medical‑device handling standards.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with regulatory, quality, sales and finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ASEAN customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Understanding of GDP/GDSP compliance frameworks.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouse operators.
