Regional HR Manager (HRBP) – Cagayan De Oro

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager (HR Business Partner) to lead human resources strategy across multiple sites in Cagayan De Oro and the surrounding region. The role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives support organisational goals while fostering a high‑performance, people‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies for all locations within the assigned region.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management and organisational development.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and retention programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, address concerns and promote a positive work environment.
• Drive performance management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide data‑driven insights to senior management.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate HR teams across different sites.
• Standardise HR policies, systems and best practices throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with regional or multi‑site exposure.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage large, diverse workforces.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
