Regional Finance Manager – Makati City

About the role

As a Regional Finance Manager at CBRE, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our finance operations. You will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, strategic planning, and reporting across a designated region. This role balances high‑level analytical insight with operational precision to drive sustainable growth while maintaining strict compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets; analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for investors and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and company policies; maintain accurate accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger records.
• Develop and manage budgets for business units, analyze actual vs. budget performance, and provide strategic financial guidance.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and accounting staff, fostering skill development and performance excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of progressive finance management experience, preferably in real estate or property services.
• Proficiency with financial software, including Excel, FP&A tools, and accounting systems.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule and ability to start immediately.
