Recruitment Specialist

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its Service division in Manila. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, supporting business units with talent acquisition aligned to the company’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct briefings with business units to understand position context and requirements.
• Review and align job descriptions with HR and hiring managers.
• Define sourcing strategies and analyze talent markets and competitors.
• Publish job postings on corporate platforms and attract active candidates.
• Proactively source passive candidates using direct search techniques.
• Administer and interpret assessment tests.
• Conduct candidate evaluations and Behavioral Event Interviews.
• Prepare detailed candidate reports for hiring managers.
• Lead and manage the full recruitment process, providing regular updates.
• Advise HR teams and hiring managers during calibration and final decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proactive, dynamic professional with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and recruit within the infrastructure sector.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of job portals and sourcing tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
