Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead our nationwide hiring efforts for skilled and semi‑skilled workers. Based in Bonifacio Global City, you will ensure our manpower needs across the Philippines are met through effective sourcing and selection.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled and semi‑skilled candidates nationwide.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide timely updates.
• Maintain a talent pipeline and manage applicant tracking system data.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company hiring policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably handling skilled or semi‑skilled labor.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine labor market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
