Recruitment Specialist

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support its Service division in Manila. The role focuses on attracting and selecting talent for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct briefings with business units to understand position requirements.
• Review and align job descriptions with HR and hiring managers.
• Define sourcing strategies and analyze talent markets and competitors.
• Publish job postings on corporate platforms and source passive candidates.
• Administer and interpret assessment tests.
• Conduct candidate evaluations and Behavioral Event Interviews.
• Prepare detailed candidate reports for hiring managers.
• Lead the full recruitment process and provide regular progress updates.
• Advise HR teams and hiring managers during calibration and final decisions.
• Monitor open vacancies and maintain communication with business lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for the infrastructure sector or related industries.
• Proactive, dynamic professional with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Solid knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
