Recruitment Delivery Lead

About the role

Lead and scale Novara's Philippines delivery team, managing recruiters and sourcers to drive candidate quality and speed to fill. This hands‑on leadership position reports directly to the CEO and will grow the team from 2 to 6 members over the next year.

Key responsibilities

• Set priorities, allocate requisitions, and track progress for the recruitment team while coaching members through weekly 1:1s and structured training.
• Own the full pipeline for active client requisitions, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and quality‑checked submissions.
• Run the operational rhythm – weekly stand‑ups, pipeline reviews, and hand‑offs – and optimise the Vincere CRM for data hygiene and visibility.
• Design sourcing playbooks for offshore energy specialisms and build internal knowledge bases such as market maps and candidate networks.
• Take direct client briefs, manage ongoing communication, and represent Novara professionally in all client‑facing interactions.
• Provide weekly delivery reports to the CEO, flagging issues and contributing to strategic decisions on team structure and processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a team‑lead or delivery‑management role, preferably in offshore energy, oil & gas, marine or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment teams of 2–6 people and deliver for international clients.
• Strong candidate quality judgement, excellent written and spoken English, and high personal accountability.
• Direct, honest management style with a focus on building culture and developing junior team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM systems – Vincere (preferred), Bullhorn, JobAdder or Loxo.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing techniques, and industry‑specific databases.
• Data‑literacy to read pipeline metrics and identify performance gaps.
