Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the Branch Office In‑Charge with all administrative functions related to crew recruitment and management. Working closely with the Recruitment Supervisor and Fleet Managers, the role ensures vacancy and pooling needs are met for the upcoming months while providing assistance to active seafarers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Office In‑Charge in daily administration tasks.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Supervisor and Fleet Managers to forecast vacancy and pooling requirements for the next three months.
• Receive and process reports from active seafarers, addressing their CBT and documentation needs.
• Support the relationship cell in handling seafarer inquiries and documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Background in Marketing or IT is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to work.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Experience using data analysis tools.
