About the role

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide team on a work‑from‑home basis. The role focuses on IT and white‑collar placements, acting as a trusted advisor to candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and aligning them with client needs.
• Provide proactive guidance, regular updates, and transparent feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently, balancing quality and timeliness.
• Maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers to facilitate successful placements.
