About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team in San Pedro, Laguna. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to supporting their onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media and direct outreach.
- Coordinate pre‑employment requirements and facilitate onboarding activities.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates across multiple platforms.
- Experience handling pre‑employment paperwork and onboarding.
- Ready to start immediately.
