Recruitment Associate / HR Business Partner (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate / HR Business Partner to support our clients in meeting their workforce needs. This entry‑level position is open to fresh graduates and offers a blend of onsite training and hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver customized HR solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing and recruitment requirements.
• Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, to support seamless operations.
• Monitor labor market trends and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (open to fresh graduates).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective time‑management and task‑prioritization abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver in account management and recruitment.
• Adaptable to dynamic client needs and fast‑paced environments.
