Recruiting & Talent Analyst (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Recruiting & Talent Analyst to join our fast‑growing, tech‑enabled recruiting firm. This full‑time remote contractor position is based in the Philippines and focuses on sourcing, assessing, and moving candidates through active searches with speed, accuracy, and strong follow‑through.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates across multiple active searches.
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and candidate backgrounds.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, messages, and email.
• Screen candidates for fit, motivation, communication, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage next steps in the hiring process.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries and showcases for internal review and client submission.
• Leverage AI tools and internal systems to improve speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain organization across several pipelines and handle high‑volume screening (7–15 video interviews per day during peak periods).

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting or sales with measurable performance.
• Track record of being a top performer compared to peers.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Polished LinkedIn profile included on resume.
• Comfortable with outbound candidate engagement and high‑volume outreach.
