About the role

Conduent is seeking a Recruiter I to support talent acquisition across all job levels. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to presenting recommendations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and EEO regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for a wide range of positions.
• Place employment advertisements in digital and print media.
• Maintain accurate and concise recruitment records and report EEO statistics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize employment agencies when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to all Conduent policies and standards.

Required profile

• College or university degree, or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories and concepts.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities using established procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
