Recruiter – Hybrid Night Shift (US Time Zones)

About the role

Tailored Management is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its international team. You will manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process, linking top talent with career‑changing opportunities for Fortune 500 clients across the United States and Canada. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US/Canada time zones and is hybrid, based in Cebu City.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen diverse candidates through multiple channels while maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct pre‑submission consultations to assess candidate availability, alignment, and referral potential.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews via phone or video to ensure professionalism.
• Extend and negotiate offers and ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
• Consistently meet and exceed client goals and deadlines for open positions.
• Collaborate with internal client service teams to provide updates, share insights, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking when engaging with clients and candidates.
• Enthusiastic communicator comfortable spending up to 75% of the workday on the phone.
• Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Self‑managed, resilient, and passionate about personal growth and team contribution.
• Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent education/experience) and at least 2 years of professional recruitment, staffing, or HR experience.
