Recruiter – Full‑Time Hybrid (US Night Shift)

About the role

Tailored Management is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its international team. Working from Cebu City on a hybrid schedule, you will support US and Canadian clients during night‑shift hours, matching top talent with career‑changing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen diverse candidates across multiple channels while maintaining strong relationships throughout the hiring cycle.
• Conduct pre‑submission consultations to assess candidate availability, alignment, and referral potential.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews via phone or video, ensuring professionalism and confidence.
• Extend and negotiate offers, coordinating onboarding requirements.
• Meet and exceed client goals and deadlines for open positions.
• Collaborate with internal client‑service teams to share updates, insights, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or a related field.
• Strong emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.
