Recruiter – Freelance & Contract Staffing

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter to support the delivery of freelance and contract staff across offshore, marine, energy, and project‑based sectors. This fast‑paced, process‑driven role focuses on managing candidate pipelines, mobilisation logistics and ensuring compliance and accurate data management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with registered candidates, keeping their availability, certifications and market trends up to date.
• Research, identify and attract new candidates to support Senior Account Managers and foster referrals.
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job requirements.
• Source freelance and contract personnel for offshore and project‑based assignments and build a scalable candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for deployed personnel and support mobilisation planning.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM and conduct pre‑employment compliance checks.
• Provide first‑line support for recruitment enquiries and manage diaries for calls and interviews.
• Support Senior Account Managers with candidate insights, availability tracking and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or candidate coordination, preferably in contract, offshore or project‑based environments.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume, process‑driven recruitment in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong organisational, analytical and data‑oriented abilities.
• Clear, precise communication style and ability to work with metrics and structured processes.
• Proficiency in CRM/database management and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting workloads, especially during peak recruitment periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and coordinate occasional travel logistics.
