Recreation Experience Expert

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert is the primary point of contact for guests enjoying the resort’s leisure facilities. You will guide visitors through pool, beach, fitness, game‑room and children’s activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information on all recreation amenities and promote participation.
• Register, schedule and encourage guests to join activities and events.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals and facility fees.
• Assist with private functions, group activities and special events.
• Offer first‑aid assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of facilities, equipment and supplies.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management.
• Deliver courteous service, welcome all guests and support individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg unaided.
• Comfort working in outdoor and indoor environments, including wet or uneven surfaces.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge and emergency response.
