About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, efficiently handling communications, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized reception area and keep accurate visitor logs.
- Schedule appointments and manage correspondence for staff.
- Provide general support to employees and facilitate inter‑departmental communication.
- Handle basic help‑desk inquiries and resolve them or forward to the relevant team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reception or front‑desk role.
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to multitask and a proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
