Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing residential real‑estate brokerage in Texas, needs a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end transaction process and free the broker to focus on growth. The position is fully remote and operates on a freelance, full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage offers, contracts, disclosures, and closing paperwork.
• Schedule and coordinate showing appointments and maintain MLS listings.
• Send documents for electronic signature and track completion.
• Manage inbound/outbound email, prioritize messages and draft responses.
• Own the broker’s calendar, resolve conflicts and anticipate meeting needs.
• Provide executive support across multiple businesses, tracking projects and structuring processes.
• Create marketing graphics in Canva and assist with social‑media posting.
• Identify repetitive tasks, build simple AI workflows (ChatGPT) and route outputs for review.

• Enjoys variety across real‑estate, marketing and automation projects.

Required skills

• Experience with MLS platforms and transaction management systems.
• Proficiency in e‑signature/document workflow tools.
• Competence in Canva for creating marketing materials.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Practical use of ChatGPT or similar AI tools for automation.
