Real Estate Officer – Site Development & Lease Management

About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Officer to support McDonald’s site development and lease acquisition across the Philippines. The role will ensure new restaurant locations are opened on schedule while managing relationships with property owners and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor activities of acquired sites to guarantee timely store openings according to schedule.
• Gather due‑diligence documents, prepare lease agreements and memoranda of agreement for new sites.
• Negotiate commercial terms, lease conditions and turnover requirements with lessors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lessors and property partners.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Real Estate team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• Experience in site acquisition, real estate transactions and lease negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
