About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Real Estate Management Instructor to join our Cainta Campus faculty. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality lessons in real estate management, inspire students, and uphold the institution’s academic standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver consistent, high‑quality lessons in real estate management.
- Serve as a role model, motivating students to engage actively with the subject.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including discipline, punctuality, and homework standards.
- Maintain a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methods.
Required profile
- Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management or a related field.
- Preferably holds a Master’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
- Willingness to work in the Rizal area.
