About the role
The Center for Reading Assessment and Intervention (CRAIN) is seeking a full‑time Reading Intervention Specialist to work on‑site in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will provide one‑on‑one clinical instruction to help students overcome reading delays and related challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized reading intervention plans for neurodivergent students.
- Teach reading classes and monitor student progress on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and parents to ensure cohesive support.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including multisensory and phonetic methods.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with neurodivergent learners (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism).
- Passion for helping students develop reading proficiency.
Required skills
- Certification or training in the Orton‑Gillingham approach (highly desirable).
