RAC Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced RAC Technician to join our team and provide top‑quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and commercial air‑conditioning systems. The role involves direct interaction with clients and collaboration with fellow technicians to ensure timely and safe completion of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air‑conditioning units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to guarantee optimal performance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with clients about issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in RAC or HVAC servicing.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a team‑oriented attitude.
• TESDA NC II (RAC) certification is an advantage.
