Quick Service Partner – Service Crew

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Quick Service Partners to join our service crew. In this position you will serve customers efficiently, handle special requests, and uphold strict sanitation and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers promptly and accurately.
- Assist customers with their needs and special requests.
- Meet assigned sales or service quotas.
- Support training activities for new Quick Service Partners when required.
- Maintain compliance with sanitation standards and safety procedures.
- Apply crowd‑management expertise during busy periods.
- Perform duties with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Required profile
- High school diploma or vocational qualification.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar quick‑service role.
- Ability to multitask and manage requests in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Honest, truthful and willing to work around Metro Manila.
