Quick Response Team Manager

About the role
The Quick Response Team (QRT) Manager will lead the QRT operations, providing strategic direction and ensuring seamless coordination between senior management and field teams across multiple construction and property maintenance projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for QRT operations.
- Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across projects.
- Review operational performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with senior management and other departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or a related field.
- At least six years of experience managing teams in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management.
- Experience with contractor billing and payment coordination is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work two days at the Head Office in Pasay City and three days on project sites.
Required skills
- Proficiency with scheduling tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
