Quality Supervisor – Davao

About the role

The Quality Supervisor will lead a team of trainers and quality specialists to ensure high‑quality training delivery for Concentrix's healthcare accounts in Davao. This role combines people management, process improvement, and on‑site auditing to continuously raise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a department of well‑trained professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives to enhance training quality across all departments by evaluating and refining internal processes.
• Monitor trainer performance through observations, class evaluations, and on‑site audits.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and quarterly one‑on‑one meetings with trainers.
• Coordinate with Quality Supervisors and Operations to resolve consistency issues.
• Create and maintain the consultant training schedule and training workbooks.
• Provide written and verbal feedback on trainer performance based on multiple sources.
• Carry out supervisory duties including hiring, coaching, performance appraisal, and addressing employee concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience as a Trainer or Training & Quality Supervisor, preferably in a healthcare account.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach a team.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be onsite in Davao.
