Quality Management Specialist

About the role

The Quality Management Specialist will support the QMS Manager and Warehouse Pharmacist in establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system across all Distriphil sites. The role ensures regulatory compliance, Good Warehousing Practice (GWP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) are consistently applied throughout warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quarantine, approval, and receipt of stock, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
• Conduct overall QC/QA activities, including housekeeping, pest control, and documentation control.
• Record and investigate deviations, complaints, and non‑conforming products, implementing corrective actions.
• Perform regular warehouse audits, SOP compliance checks, and validation of storage and pack‑out processes.
• Assist in internal audits, secondary repackaging, and management of PDEA‑controlled drug storage and distribution.
• Collaborate with the Regulatory Manager on FDA updates, risk assessments, change control, and product recall activities.
• Support the Supply Chain Head by directing daily deliveries, order fulfillment, and ensuring safe work practices.
• Work with the QMS Manager to improve systems, SOPs, and validation procedures.

Required profile

• College graduate in Science, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related fields.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and customer‑centric attitude.
• Able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
