Quality Control Technician / SAP Encoder

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Control Technician who will also serve as a SAP Encoder. Based in Taguig, the successful candidate will ensure product quality through systematic inspections, testing and accurate data entry into our SAP system.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality control inspections and testing on products or materials according to established standards.
• Accurately encode inspection results, test data and defects into SAP with precision.
• Document findings, corrective actions and maintain organized filing systems.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
• Operate, maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and testing instruments.
• Generate and communicate quality reports to supervisors and relevant departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician or similar QA role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and spotting trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (navigation, data entry, basic reporting).
• Use of quality control tools, testing equipment and measurement instruments.
• Computer literacy with multiple software applications.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools or quality management software (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards (preferred).
