Quality Control Supervisor – Chemist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Control Supervisor with a chemistry background to lead our QA/QC team in a GMP‑compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA/QC operations and a team of analysts.
• Ensure all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Conduct internal audits, review batch records, and approve release documentation.
• Identify and investigate deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and coordinate with production for timely issue resolution.
• Drive quality excellence initiatives and mentor staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical QA/QC, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
