Quality Control Inspector

About the role

Snapsnax Ventures Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join its banana‑chip manufacturing team in Davao City. You will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in‑process goods, and finished products meet the company’s high quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and sampling of raw materials, in‑process items, and finished banana chips.
• Identify visual and physical defects, verify compliance with quality specifications, and document findings.
• Report non‑conformities to supervisors and support corrective‑action implementation.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and collaborate with production teams to prevent recurring issues.
• Assist in the rollout of quality‑improvement initiatives across the plant.

Required profile

• Senior high school diploma minimum; a bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work extended hours, shifts, or weekends as needed.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome; prior quality‑control experience is an advantage.
