About the role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Staff to join our food production facility in Biñan City, Laguna. The role involves ensuring that raw materials, packaging, and finished products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality control and quality assurance activities, including line inspection and laboratory analyses.
- Inspect incoming raw and packaging materials and conduct in‑line inspections from ingredient preparation to finished goods.
- Carry out finished product testing, batch‑tests prior to material usage, and audit all process areas.
- Prepare detailed reports for each assigned task and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
Required skills
- Understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP and SOP principles.
- Experience with laboratory testing and in‑line monitoring.
